Direct Deposit Authorization Form
Everyone at Torrent gets paid by direct deposit. We need you to fill out this Form and provide us with a VOID cheque in order to get you set up properly. No form, no VOID cheque - NO PAY!
E-Post Sign Up for Digital Online Pay Stubs
This will explain how to set up your free account with Canada Post's E-Post service so that you can access your pay stub for every pay period. No paper copies are issued. All pay stubs must be accessed from your E-Post account.
Manulife Enrollment Application
Employees are eligible for enrollment in the Torrent Employee Benefits after the completion of their 90-day probationary period. Please fill out and return to Human Resources.
Vacation Pay Withdrawal Request
Accrued vacation pay should, ideally, be withdrawn when vacation time is taken. We understand that sometimes the money is needed and used for other personal reasons, as required. Vacation pay can be withdrawn at any time with advance notice to our payroll department.
